Please retain all course work. You will turn it all in again, revised, neatly assembled, in a binder, thus making a portfolio for this course.

In order for you to get the A grade in this course, you need to turn this in with the work inside revised/redone/typed based upon the comments I have made and the suggestions for improvement; how you take those suggestions and implement them will determine the degree to which you get full credit.

The binder should have dividers, so you can organize the work inside of it. As part of the CCM Application materials you are required to submit examples of a consulting report. These are shown as the last items in each section below.
